All Mixtape Sales Conducted by our site are for Mixtape inserts only . The CD's ("Mixtapes") accompanying each purchase from our site are provided gratuitously to you, courtesy of the respective authorized DJ/Record Label/Artist-for promotional use only.  All fees paid to us are for promotional services, shipping/handling, maintenance of the website and to heighten awareness of Mixtapes as a principal marketing resource in the music industry upon executing a CD INSERT purchase from us,  you agree that you are not purchasing any rights to the accompanying Mixtapes or the right to reproduce or redistribute any music, Mixtapes or CD INSERTS received.  We do not sell or distribute pirated or unofficial materials of any kind. If you suspect any unauthorized or infringing material on our site and would like to place a request for removal, please email info@gangstamix.co.uk for assistance. All intellectual property rights not explicitly granted are reserved by their respective owners. The site, products, content,  & artwork are provided as is.  All of our physical products are guaranteed against defects for (30) days from date of purchase.  We expressly disclaims all warranties and/or conditions, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to or referenced by us, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability or quality of data and fitness of a particular purpose, suitability or correspondence to description. The risk coming from the use of this site and or products or services offered remains on you.  You assume all risk of loss for shipped products. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays that will not be the responsibility of our site.
